01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the access to and use of the 99abai online betting and casino platform ("Platform"), operated under the 99abai brand ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between 99abai and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on or uses the Platform in any capacity.

99abai is an English-language online betting and casino information platform serving Pakistani users. It provides access to sports betting markets, live casino products, slot games, esports wagering and associated services. All content is delivered in English and is intended for informational and entertainment purposes.

By accessing the Platform, creating an account or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

02 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

03 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to create and use an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your continued use:

1. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, at the time of registration. The Platform strictly prohibits access by persons below this age threshold.
2. You must be accessing the Platform as an individual natural person acting on your own behalf, not as a representative, agent or trustee of any other party.
3. You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether online gambling is lawful in your location.
4. You must not be a current or former employee, director, contractor or immediate family member of 99abai or any of its affiliated partners, where such participation would create a conflict of interest or policy violation.
5. You must not have been previously excluded, self-excluded or suspended from the Platform or any affiliated platform operated by 99abai.
6. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

04 Registration & KYC Verification

To access the full functionality of the Platform, including placing wagers and processing withdrawals, you must complete the registration process and provide all information required for KYC verification. The following obligations apply:

• All registration information — including full legal name, date of birth, residential address and contact details — must be accurate, complete and kept current at all times.
• You are permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is a material breach of these Terms.
• You must provide valid government-issued identity documentation (such as a National Identity Card (CNIC), passport or other accepted document) upon request as part of the KYC process.
• Proof of address documentation may be required prior to the processing of withdrawals. Accepted documents include utility bills, bank statements or other official correspondence issued within the preceding three months.
• Source of funds documentation may be requested where deposits or wagering activity triggers internal AML thresholds.
• Failure to complete KYC within a specified period following a request will result in account restriction until compliance is achieved.

99abai reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, and to delay or withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of verification checks.

05 Account Management

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account. The following provisions apply to the ongoing management of your Account:

• Credentials: You must keep your username and password strictly confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 99abai will never ask for your password via any communication channel.
• Unauthorised Access: If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact our support team immediately. 99abai accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
• Account Closure: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Pending wagers will be settled at the applicable odds; remaining balance will be returned subject to satisfactory KYC verification and compliance with these Terms.
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for an extended period may be classified as dormant. Administrative fees or balance adjustments may apply to dormant accounts in accordance with the operator's then-current dormancy policy. You will be notified prior to any balance adjustment.
• Account Suspension: 99abai reserves the right to suspend or restrict any Account at its discretion where there is a reasonable suspicion of policy violation, fraudulent activity, AML concern or technical issue, pending investigation.

06 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to the following terms. Users from Pakistan should note that available payment methods and applicable limits are governed by the operator's live cashier at the time of transaction.

• Deposit Methods: Available payment methods are displayed in the live cashier. Users in Pakistan may find that familiar services such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and major bank transfers (including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah) are referenced as contextual payment options. None of these providers endorse, support or are affiliated with 99abai. It is your responsibility to confirm that your chosen payment method's terms permit the intended transaction.
• Minimum and Maximum Limits: Deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier. These limits may vary by payment method, account verification status and promotion terms.
• PKR Accounts: The Platform supports PKR-denominated accounts. All balances, wagers and withdrawal amounts will be displayed in PKR where applicable.
• Processing Times: Processing times for withdrawals vary by payment method and cannot be guaranteed. Withdrawals are subject to satisfactory KYC verification prior to release.
• Fees: 99abai does not charge fees on standard deposits. Withdrawal fees may apply depending on the chosen method. Third-party payment provider fees are outside 99abai's control.
• Funds Origin: You warrant that all funds deposited to your Account are from a lawful source. Deposits made with the proceeds of criminal activity constitute a material breach of these Terms and will be reported to appropriate authorities.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment reversal constitutes a breach of these Terms. 99abai reserves the right to recover funds, suspend the Account and pursue appropriate legal remedies in such circumstances.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

All wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any product-specific rules published in the Platform's help centre:

• Wager Acceptance: A wager is accepted only when a confirmation message is displayed and a reference number is issued. Placing a wager does not guarantee acceptance if technical interruption occurs before confirmation.
• Odds: Odds are presented in decimal format. Odds are subject to change prior to the acceptance of a wager. Once a wager is confirmed at stated odds, those odds are fixed unless the bet falls under a category subject to "SP" (Starting Price) rules.
• Void Bets: Bets may be voided where events are cancelled, suspended, abandoned or where a clear pricing error has occurred. Void bets return the stake to the User's balance.
• In-Play Betting: Live in-play markets are subject to fast-changing odds. 99abai reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time. Wagers submitted during a market suspension may be voided.
• Cricket Specific: PSL, ICC and bilateral cricket markets follow standard cricket betting rules applicable to the relevant format (T20, ODI, Test). Rain, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) adjustments and match-interruption rules are applied as published in the Sports Rules section.
• Error Correction: In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrectly stated handicaps or data feed failures — 99abai reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes, regardless of outcome.
• Maximum Payout: Maximum payout limits apply per event and per user. These limits are published in the Platform's cashier and betting rules documentation.

08 Bonuses & Promotions

99abai offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Users. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, and any additional specific terms published with the relevant promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times ("rollover requirement") before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover is stated in the bonus terms for each offer.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games and live dealer products may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Refer to the specific bonus terms for contribution rates.
• Time Limits: All bonuses have an expiry period. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry without prior notice.
• One Bonus Per Offer: Each promotional offer may be claimed once per user, per household, per IP address and per device unless otherwise stated.
• Abuse Prevention: 99abai reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reclaim bonus funds where there is evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to arbitrage strategies, low-risk wagering patterns designed to circumvent rollover requirements, or use of multiple accounts.
• Withdrawal Before Clearance: If a User requests a withdrawal while bonus funds remain active and the wagering requirement has not been met, the Platform reserves the right to deduct the bonus balance (and any winnings attributable to it) prior to processing the withdrawal.

09 Responsible Gambling

99abai is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide a suite of tools to help Users stay in control of their gaming activity. Adults 18+ only — or the higher minimum required by the operator/license jurisdiction.

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits via account settings. Limits take effect immediately upon activation and cannot be increased until a specified cooling-off period has elapsed.
• Loss Limits: Users may set limits on the maximum amount they are permitted to lose within a defined period.
• Session & Time Limits: Session time limits and automated logout features are available to help manage time spent on the Platform.
• Cool-off Periods: Users may elect a temporary break from the Platform without full account closure. During a cool-off period, login, deposits and wagering are suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who wish to permanently or indefinitely exclude themselves from the Platform may submit a self-exclusion request via account settings or by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and access is blocked as quickly as technically possible.
• Reality Checks: On-screen notifications during extended play sessions prompt Users to review their activity.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. A breach of this clause constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances (where applicable) and potential referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent identity or financial information during registration or KYC
• Operating or accessing the Platform in a jurisdiction where such activity is prohibited by applicable law
• Opening, using or assisting others to open more than one Account on the Platform
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing or any activity intended to manipulate the outcome of a sports event or casino game
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other users
• Exploiting technical errors, software vulnerabilities or pricing mistakes for financial gain
• Engaging in arbitrage or "sure betting" strategies that exploit bonus terms, promotional structures or cross-platform odds discrepancies in a manner inconsistent with fair participation
• Depositing funds obtained through criminal activity or using the Platform to launder money
• Harassing, abusing or threatening 99abai staff, support agents or other Users
• Sharing, selling or transferring your Account or login credentials to any third party

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 99abai's total aggregate liability to any User arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform shall be limited to the amount actually deposited by the User in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.

99abai shall not be liable for any:

• Loss of profit, loss of data, loss of opportunity or any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss
• Losses arising from platform unavailability, technical failure, connectivity issues or maintenance downtime
• Losses arising from a User's reliance on information published on third-party websites, data feeds or external sources
• Financial losses arising from a User's non-compliance with applicable local laws regarding gambling
• Actions of third-party payment providers, including delays, declined transactions or fees applied by those providers

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, game software, data, user interface design and underlying code — is the exclusive property of 99abai or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, distribution or republication of any Platform content without prior written consent
• Modification, adaptation or creation of derivative works based on Platform content
• Commercial exploitation of any part of the Platform or its content
• Framing, scraping or data-mining the Platform using automated tools

Any unauthorised use of Platform content will constitute an infringement of 99abai's intellectual property rights and may give rise to legal action.

13 Amendments to These Terms

99abai reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided via the Platform or by email to the address registered to your Account. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The most current version will always be accessible at 99abai.cam/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the current version became effective.

14 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute not settled by mutual agreement.

Users from Pakistan acknowledge that they access the Platform in their personal capacity and accept full responsibility for compliance with Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977. 99abai does not warrant that the Platform is lawful for use in Pakistan or any specific jurisdiction.
